I never write reviews, ever. But felt I should because the service I received from Ben with Wavecrest Appliance Service was top notch! Ben was very knowledgeable and friendly. I had another company over to fix my 1 year old counter depth refrigerator and they weren’t able to fix the problem. Ben figured out what the problem was and had it fixed completely within a few hours. I would recommend him very highly as the other company told me I would need to replace my refrigerator! He saved me a lot of money and was so kind as well. Excellent overall experience with Wavecrest Appliance Service!

My experience with Wavecrest Appliance Service was a very positive one. I had called regarding a problem with my dryer. Ben was very helpful over the phone and scheduled a service call immediately.  He showed up on time, took care of the repair, and then made sure I had no other questions or concerns before leaving.  Great customer service is a priority to Wavecrest and it shows!
